In June 2009, MINI Magazine produced a 40th Anniversary Edition to celebrate the Italian Job release.
Originally filmed during 1968, the films release in 1969 heralded the issue of what was to become an iconic film, that celebrated cool Britannia and the Mini Cooper S.

David became a guest staff writer for 9months an wrote article on the film, film locations, students and working with Remy Julienne, who became a great friend of 12 years.
David and Brian talk about the Film and stunts Remy performed in the film and all things Mini Cooper (David holds the overalls and Helmet specially remade by the original suppliers for the 1969 film.
